I wanted to set up some goals for myself to hopefully achieve by the end of 2018. I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself to keep these goals but I’ll try my best to work towards them at least. Here are my 2018 goals:
I have been making small changes for the last month but I want to commit more to eating healthy and exercising regularly. I want to be more mindful about what I put into my body. I also want to feel better and more confident in my own skin.
Go Back to College
I took a break from college for the past semester and I am going to take a class to get myself back into the swing of school. I want to feel more comfortable in the school environment. I also am applying to colleges again and I have to decide where I want to spend the rest of my undergraduate career.
Manage my Mental Health
I want to eventually lower my dose of medication in the new year and be able to manage my conditions. I want to go back to therapy and be successful and active in my recovery and treatment. I want to be able to handle the stress of going back to school and be able to practice my coping skills effectively.
Learn to Drive
I first started learning to drive when I was 16 years old but things got in the way and I haven’t been able to get my driver’s license. I am now 21 years old. I want to start driving again and hopefully get my license before 2018 ends.
Be More Serious About Blogging
My last goal is to be a better blogger. I love blogging and I think it really helps me so why not get more serious about it. I want to love what I am writing about and be excited for it to be published. I feel like lately I’ve just been posting for the heck of it and not really putting a lot of time into it so, I want to change that. I don’t want to get sidetracked. I don’t want to focus on numbers or anything like that just blogging itself.
